I help programs increase their children’s social emotional development while reducing challenging behaviors thru the system wide implementation of the Pyramid Model. This includes:

• Policies and procedures that help struggling children, teachers, and families connect to internal resources quickly and efficiently

• Training that incorporates proactive strategies for reducing the likelihood challenging behaviors will occur
